In the modern construction industry, concrete cement tiles are widely used due to their excellent performance and economy. In order to ensure production efficiency and product quality, operators must prepare and debug the system before starting the concrete cement tile machine.
Equipment preparation and debugging
Before starting the concrete cement tile machine, the operator needs to conduct a comprehensive equipment inspection. First, the integrity of each component, especially the mold, conveyor belt and hydraulic system, must be carefully examined to ensure that there is no looseness, damage or blockage. The choice of mold is crucial, which directly affects the shape and size of the tile. Therefore, when selecting the mold, its compatibility with the equipment should be fully considered. Next, turn on the power and start the equipment for a no-load test run to observe the smoothness of the equipment operation, the sensitivity of the hydraulic system and the coordination between the components.
Raw material preparation and proportioning
The core raw materials of concrete cement tiles include cement, sand, gravel and various additives. Operators need to mix these raw materials evenly in strict accordance with the predetermined ratio according to product specifications and production requirements. During the proportioning process, the proportion of each raw material must be strictly controlled to ensure the strength, density and durability of the tile. At the same time, the cleanliness of the raw materials cannot be ignored. Any impurities may affect the quality of the final product. The mixed raw materials need to be fed into the hopper through the conveying equipment to prepare for the subsequent pressing process.
Pressing and conveying
After the raw materials are prepared, the operator should start the pressing system. Driven by the hydraulic system, the mold slowly descends to compact the raw materials in the hopper. During this process, the operator needs to closely monitor the pressure value of the hydraulic system and the descending speed of the mold to ensure the high quality of the tile forming. After the pressing is completed, the mold will rise, the formed tile will be removed from the mold, and then sent to the next process through the conveyor belt. The speed and direction of the conveyor belt can be adjusted according to production needs to meet the requirements of different production lines.
Post-processing and quality inspection
The tiles unloaded from the conveyor belt need to go through a series of post-processing, including cutting, grinding and drying. During the cutting process, the dimensional accuracy of the tiles must be ensured, while grinding is used to remove burrs and unevenness on the surface to improve the beauty and durability of the product. The drying process is designed to remove excess moisture from the tiles to ensure that they meet the required strength standards. Finally, the quality inspectors need to sample and test the tiles to check whether their size, shape and strength meet the relevant standards. Only the tiles that have passed the strict inspection can be packaged and shipped out of the factory for use in the construction project.
Equipment maintenance and care
In order to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the concrete cement tile machine, the operator needs to regularly perform equipment maintenance and care. This includes cleaning the surface and interior of the equipment, checking the wear of each component, replacing damaged parts in time, and adjusting various parameters of the equipment. In particular, the hydraulic system needs to regularly replace the hydraulic oil and clean the oil tank to prevent system failures caused by hydraulic oil contamination. In addition, the operator needs to lubricate the equipment regularly to reduce friction and wear between components and extend the service life of the equipment.
