The working principle of the Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer involves the synergy of the dual horizontal shaft structure and the mixing arm, which achieves uniform mixing of concrete by rotating the mixing arm.
 
Here's how it basically works:
1. Twin-shaft structure: Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer is characterized by two horizontal shafts, which are set parallelly in the working chamber of the mixer. The two horizontal axes are located on both sides of the mixer, parallel to each other and independent of each other.
2. Stirring arms: Each horizontal shaft is equipped with a set of stirring arms. These stirring arms are evenly distributed on the shaft and form a symmetrical structure through a special arrangement. The mixing arms are designed to produce an intense mixing effect during the mixing process.
3. Rotary motion: When the mixer is started, the two horizontal axes begin to rotate in opposite directions. The rotation directions of these two axes are opposite, causing the stirring arms to produce strong relative motion during the entire stirring process.
4. Staggered motion: Since the two axes move independently of each other, the stirring arms on the horizontal axis equipped with the stirring arm stagger with each other in the mixer working room. This staggered movement causes the concrete to be continuously tumbled, folded and mixed inside the mixer.
5. Concrete mixing: Under the action of staggered motion, the mixing arm continuously passes through various parts of the concrete, bringing it to the center of the mixer from different directions. This process ensures a uniform mixing of the components in the concrete, including water, cement, aggregates and other additives.
6. Efficient and uniform mixing: Due to the design of the dual-shaft structure and mixing arm, the Twin Shaft Concrete Mixer can complete the uniform mixing of a large amount of concrete in a relatively short period of time, ensuring the quality and strength of the concrete.
